How was the Reci IT Solutions GmbH founded
As a teenager and during my apprenticeship I repaired computers and did formatting and installations on the side. At that time, I set up four computers simultaneously in record time with just one monitor, one mouse and one keyboard. These were my first steps into self-employment. By reserving the domain and creating the website reci.ch I already had a “company”. I had already ordered the first business cards and was really proud of them. But there was one tiny detail I had overlooked – the most important information was missing on the business cards: the telephone number.
Websites and graphic works were further activities I did for my colleagues and also for my first business customers. I continued to do this alongside my training. In 2008 I was hired as a developer and therefore reduced my independent activities, but somehow I could never completely let go of my self-employment. After five years of employment and additional training, I decided to become self-employed. I took this step in the summer of 2013…
The Reci IT Solutions GmbH now
Now there are six of us and we can set up more than four computers at once, build complex websites, stores and plugins and can migrate almost anything we can get our hands on to Shopware.
Oh, what else we are proud of: On our business cards you can now find our phone number – on the digital one of course, we don’t have printed ones anymore.
