On 25 May 2018, the new Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) of the European Union will enter into force. It applies not only within the EU member states, but also to all companies that process data within the EU or address EU citizens with a service. Almost all Swiss companies that operate a website, online shop, e-mail newsletter or similar are affected by the regulation.
Your company and your website are also affected. In the course of this, we have made clarifications and preparations and planned the measures to be taken.
The following work would have to be carried out on your website:
- Creation of a data protection declaration by a data protection officer / lawyer or with the help of an automatic generator which covers the declarations relevant for your company / website.
- Creation and linking of a new page -> data protection
